Discover

The fourth US network, also an issuer.

In short

Discover is both a payment network and a card issuer, now under Capital One ownership. Domestic acceptance is broad, but international acceptance is meaningfully narrower than Visa or Mastercard, so it works poorly as a sole card for travel.

The bank decides, not the network

Rewards, interest rate, annual fee and most benefits are set by whichever bank issued your card. Compare issuers on the banks page, which is where the differences that actually affect you live.
